Camps + Workshops
The Beethoven House offers small student-to-teacher ratio track-out camps, summer camps, holiday camps, and camps on teacher workdays. We are intentionally small to create an unequaled experience.
Our first love for our camps is to encourage students to play music with increasing skill, repertoire, and passion.
We’re also excited about enriching the students’ day with other classes. We tailor to the child. Each student can select from the following possible electives and activities:
-
Students learn to crochet with hook, hand, and arm as well as having fun learning the craft of Amigurumi.
-
Students learn the Wilton Method step-by-step, experiment with Russian decorating tips, and painting with buttercream with the cake as the canvas.
-
Students create their own designs or build advanced kits of art, cars, iconic sites, and much more.
-
It is the aim of our drawing and painting program to teach the laws of perspective, positions, and alignment using various techniques and mediums.
-
We use ABRSM and other internationally recognized theory programs to introduce music students to music theory or a more intensive study depending on their ability and experience.
-
Campers experience the thrill of playing Beethoven’s Für Elise or Mozart’s Turkish March or famous Boogie Woogie music and more on the piano. Campers explore the different stringed instruments such as violin, cello, double bass, guitar, and ukulele. Campers have fun playin solo and in group.
